You can return items for an exchange or store credit if they meet these conditions:
- You send the item back within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is in new condition, unused or unworn, and includes all original packaging and tags.
- You followed the returns process properly and included a printed Returns Slip in your return package.
Please note that we do not provide refunds or accept cancellations.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Ensure your item meets the Returns Criteria:
- It must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The item should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging and tags must still be attached.
02. Pack the item you wish to return (we suggest using the original compostable postage bag, which can be turned inside out).

Please remember that the Returns Slip must be included with your return; otherwise, we cannot process it.

05. After you’ve shipped your order, please email us at shopsameau@gmail.com with your Order Number and return Tracking Number.
If these steps are not followed correctly, your return or exchange will not be processed, and the item will be sent back to you.
Faulty or Damaged Item:
If you receive an item that’s faulty or damaged, please contact us at shopsameau@gmail.com before starting the returns process.
Sold Out Item
If the item you want is out of stock, please email us at shopsameau@gmail.com and we’ll let you know if we’re planning to restock it. Please include the item name, colour, and size in your email so we can assist you better.
Delivery
Please note that once your item leaves our warehouse and is accepted by the postal service, we are not responsible for it. We cannot be held liable for any delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages that occur after this point.
For effective tracking and resolution of any delivery issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post/DHL directly.
During sales, please be aware that processing and shipping times may experience slight delays due to increased order volumes.
